Goal and object:
Our participation to the creation of the Symposium Art collage in Bulgaria help us to discover a country with warm as much as poor inhabitants. Following the report of the World Bank, 12% of the Bulgarian population lives underneath the poverty threshhold (the average monthly salary for this country in Europe is 100 € ) Particularly impressed by the quality of the Bulgarian artists, and collagists in particular, as well as by their kindness, we decided to organize to the exclusive profit of Medicine University of Plovdiv Medical Center (pediatric service) this caritative operation, in order to be able to participate to the improvment of the hospital conditions of the children (purchase of: Television, books, video, artistic supplies…). The goal is to collect 1000 Euros beginning November 2006.
We are give in 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2006 ( 1, 2, 3 and 4 the Atout Coeur d’Artistes ) 1000 € at the profit of Medicine University of Plovdiv Medical Center (pediatric service) .

How to participate:
Every participant will have to realize one collage (format 10X15 centimètres, on carton, it’s format size post cart ).
All the works as to be postal art size
The binder will contain 1 collage by artist, and will be put at the disposal of the public, outside of the month of May in salon collage at Paris and salon collage in Plovdiv. If the artists wish to realize more than one works: the following ones will be sold in exclusive profit of the raising funds (to the profit of the Plovdiv children) to the unique price of 10 €, whatever the artist signature. Financial participation is set up to 20 $ Dollars by artist. No selection of the collages, free participation.
The one collage will be returned to the artists in December 2007 (please join SAE to your address ), you will receive a detailed financial report of the operation.
Your works will have to be sent before the 30/08/2007. All the financial participations (10 dollars by artist, by PAYPAL) as well as sales, will be transferred to the exclusive goal of the operation. The functioning expenses link up to « Atout cœur d’artiste » will be at the total charge of Artcolle and Pierre Jean Varet.
